Intellectual property and content
GodSpace owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights in its website and its content. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise without express written consent from us.
Lesson Downloads includes multimedia teaching materials supporting the GodSpace curriculum such as songs, videos, bible verses, power points, PDFs and word documents.
A one year subscription to the Green Lesson Downloads are included with the purchase of a Lesson Manual or GodSpace Online. Content will be available through an online portal from the date of purchase until 31 December 2022. Any copies of the Lesson Download multimedia teaching materials downloaded to your device, USB etc. should be deleted and cannot be used beyond 31 December 2022.

Content will be available through an online portal from the date of purchase until 31 December 2023. Any copies of the Lesson Download multimedia teaching materials downloaded to your device, USB etc. should be deleted and cannot be used beyond 31 December 2023.
One subscription per user is required.
Access to Lesson Downloads
Upon the purchase of a Lesson Manual or GodSpace Online, the purchaser will become a member and receive an email with logon details i.e. username and password to access the Lesson Downloads.
Multiple/ Bulk Purchase
Groups and schools may make a bulk purchase of Lesson Manuals or GodSpace Online. The email of the purchaser becomes the Manager of bulk purchase of the Lesson Manuals and will be responsible for the distribution of Lesson Manual logon details to their Members. Video instructions on how to do this is available in our FAQs.
Downloading Lesson Downloads
Lesson Downloads includes songs, videos, bible verses, power points, PDFs and word documents which are available for download.
For the ease of use we have included a bulk download function, Video instructions on how to do this is available in our FAQs. Bulk downloads are available for songs, bible verses, power points, PDFs and word documents. Due to licensing limitations, some downloads are available once per Member only. It is the responsibility of the Member to keep the single download in a safe location for later use.

Some Lesson Download materials are available for download once per member only. It is the responsibility of the member to keep this download in a safe place. These are clearly noted in the Lesson Downloads.
Terms of sale
Placing an order
When you place an order on our website, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. If you cannot find this email, please check your junk email folders and let us know if it has not been received by emailing us email@example.com . It will be assumed by GodSpace that this has been received when the order is made and will act as a proof of purchase. We only accept and dispatch your order once payment has been made by debiting your credit card or when payment has been received in our nominated bank account.
Deliveries to metro areas may take up to 3 business days and 5 business days for regional areas. There may be further delays due to COVID19. This is measured from when we receive your order and payment to when it arrives at your postal address. Orders during public holidays i.e., Christmas and New Year can take longer due to our couriers being unavailable. Orders paid by EFT can take longer if the incorrect reference number is used for payment.

We reserve the right to change the discounts at any time. Offline orders are any orders made outside of the GodSpace website ordering system. Offline orders include orders made by using the ‘Contact Us’ email system on the website.
Returns and refunds
We understand that you may not know the number of students until term starts. We will accept returns of student magazines and provide you a full refund less postage costs incurred by way of the original payment method if:
- These products (purple) are in their original unused condition
- Received by us by 31 March 2023
- Fill the form which can be found at www.godspace.org.au/returns and include with the returned goods.
We aim to refund you within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for unwanted items after 31 March 2023. For further information refer to www.godspace.org.au/returns.
If you try to make a return after March 31, we may have to send the goods back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
We are unable to accept returns of Lesson Manuals and GodSpace Online.
You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for any faulty goods. If you think that there is a fault with the goods you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Use of Promotional Coupons
The use of Coupons is at the discretion of GodSpace and can be removed, revoked adjusted or declined at any time. Coupons obtained through non approved means; improper use non authorised sharing will be considered invalid.
Unless otherwise stated only 1 voucher can be used for each order.
Coupons can only be used for online purchases through Godspace.org.au
Coupons for dollar amount discount can only be used on orders above the coupon value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit beyond the transaction in which it is used.
Vouchers will have expiry dates that will be listed within these terms and conditions below where relevant and cannot be used or redeemed after these dates.
Coupons will be sent and considered received by customers within 2 business days. Only customers that request resupply within this time are eligible to have coupon resupplied. Loss of Coupon code is the responsibility of the Customer.
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions.
All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.
Donations and Refunds
Baptist Association of NSW and ACT is registered as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not for Profits Commission. Donations received are only used for the purposes of GodSpace.
By completing a donation you:
- understand you can cease communication, or access and change your personal information by emailing us at email@example.com.
Our online giving site provides official tax-deductible receipts for approved donations of $2.00 or more.
Once you have made your selection you will be guided through the payment process. The method of payment on the web site is by credit card. We do not capture or store your credit card details, only the authority from our bank that your credit card payment has been approved. If you authorise a recurring donation, your credit card details are stored by our payment processor in accordance with payment card industry standards.
Gifts that are tax deductible will not be refunded in accordance with the ATO’s definition of ‘gifts’. GodSpace is under no obligation to provide a refund for gifts but will endeavour to rectify genuine errors in accordance with the following principles:
- Should an error be identified, the donor should contact GodSpace as soon as possible, preferably within 30 days but no more than 90 days, from the date the gift was received, to make a request for refund.
- All requests should be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- All requests will be examined and approved at GodSpace’s discretion. A refund must be approved by the Associate Director – Operations before it can be processed.
- If a donation is refunded, the associated tax receipt is no longer valid and should be securely destroyed. Please note it is your responsibility to submit correct receipts to the ATO.
