These terms and conditions apply to the use of the GodSpace website www.godspace.org.au . Please check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms and Conditions. By using the GodSpace website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Intellectual property and content
GodSpace owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights in its Website and its content. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise without express written consent from us.
Terms of sale
When you place an order on our website, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. If you cannot find this email, please check your junk email folders and let us know if it has not been received by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org . It will be assumed by GodSpace that this has been received when the order is made and will act as a proof of purchase. We only accept and dispatch your order once payment has been made by debiting your credit card, direct debiting your bank account (though Polipayments1) or when payment has been received in our nominated

bank account by electronic funds transfer with correct reference details as indicated on the invoice. All orders are subject to availability, if there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you.
Deliveries to metro areas may take up to 3 business days and 5 business days for regional areas. There may be further delays due to COVID19. This is measured from when we receive your order and payment to when it arrives at your postal address. Orders during public holidays i.e. Christmas and New Year can take longer due to our couriers being unavailable. Orders paid by EFT can take longer if the incorrect reference number is used for payment.

*Godspace Yellow refers to GodSpace products published in 2020 and does not include and products published prior to this date.
Returns and refunds
We understand that you may not know the number of students until term starts. We will accept returns of product and provide you a full refund less postage costs incurred by way of the original payment method if:
- These products are in their original unused condition
- Received by us by 31 March 2021
- Fill the form which can be found at godspace.org.au/returns and include with the returned goods.
We aim to refund you within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for unwanted items after 31 March 2021
- For further information please contact email@example.com . If you try to make a return after March 31, we may have to send the goods back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for any faulty goods. If you think that there is a fault with the goods you have received, please let us know 14 days of receival by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The use of Coupons are at the discretion of GodSpace and can be removed, revoked adjusted or declined at any time. Coupons obtained through non approved means, improper use non authorised sharing will be considered invalid.
Unless otherwise stated only 1 voucher can be used for each order.
Coupons can only be used for online purchases through Godspace.org.au
Coupons for dollar amount discount can only be used on orders above the coupon value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit beyond the transaction in which it is used.
Vouchers will have expiry dates that will be listed within these terms and conditions below where relevant and cannot be used or redeemed after these dates.
Coupons will be sent and considered received by customers within 2 business days. Only customers that request resupply within this time are eligible to have coupon resupplied. Loss of Coupon code is the responsibility of the Customer.We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions.
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.
